Tips and techniques are provided which can be used to design family/business related projects (e.g. remodel, wedding, business project). The potential benefits from attending this workshop are the following:

  • A family can learn how to design a family-oriented project (e.g.  home remodel, wedding, dinner/birthday party) which optimizes harmony  for each family member who is involved with the project.
  • An employee, in conjunction with their supervisor, can learn how  to design a work-related project which optimizes harmony for the  employee. An employee who is in harmony with performing tasks for a  project; is an employee who is more likely to be motivated and  enthusiastic. Employee motivation and enthusiasm are important factors  that can determine the success or failure of a project.
  • Family members and employees can learn how to identify potential  problem areas in regards to project management. Techniques from the  workshop can identify a potential problem area by dividing a project  into subcomponents and analyzing each subcomponent for imbalances. If an  imbalance is identified then the imbalance can be addressed and  corrected.
  • Supervisors can learn how to reduce turnover. In other words,  employees who are more in harmony with performing work-related tasks for  a project; are employees who are less likely to resign.
